By using AssetShop.in, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Overview

AssetShop is a digital product marketplace where creators can sell themes, plugins, scripts, courses, and more. Buyers can download these assets for personal or commercial use (as permitted by license).

2. Account Registration

• You must be 18+ to register an account.

• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.

• Providing false information may result in suspension or ban.

3. Buying & Selling Buyers:

• Products are delivered instantly via download links after successful payment.

• All purchases are final unless the product is broken or not as described.

Sellers:

• You must have full rights to the products you list.

• You agree to pay a platform fee and applicable taxes.

• Payments to sellers are made on a weekly/monthly basis via UPI/bank transfer.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are allowed only if:

• The item is broken or doesn't work as advertised.

• The product was never delivered.

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Change of mind

• Incompatibility with your system

• Wrong purchase

All disputes are resolved case-by-case. Contact support at support@assetshop.in within 7 days of purchase.

5. Payment Gateway Compliance

• All transactions are processed via secure payment gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree, etc.).

• We comply with RBI guidelines, PCI-DSS, and IT Act 2000 (India) for data security.

• No sensitive card/UPI PIN information is stored on our servers.

6. Intellectual Property

• The copyright of all uploaded digital products remains with the creator.

• Buyers receive a license to use the asset, not ownership of the asset.

• Reselling or redistributing without permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload pirated or unauthorized content

• Use bots or scraping tools

• Post misleading or fraudulent listings

• Violate any Indian or international laws

Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

AssetShop is not liable for:

• Any loss or damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services

• Inaccurate listings by sellers

• Loss of data due to technical issues

9. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or delete accounts without notice for violations

• Modify or discontinue any part of the service

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
